THE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE (1) TO FOSTER, PROMOTE, AND ENCOURAGE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF BUSINESS AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT; (2) TO ASSIST BUSINESS SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES IN IDENTIFYING AND IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS TO IMPROVE CAPACITY TO PROVIDE BUSINESS EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR STUDENTS AND LOCAL BUSINESSES; (3) TO PROMOTE THE FREE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE IN BUSINESS EDUCATION BETWEEN PERSONS IN THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND PERSONS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES; AND (4) TO FACILITATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS AND MANAGERS TO GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.
